Returns & Exchanges

• With all tags attached

• Returned in the original garment packaging

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns if:

• The item has been worn or used

• Tags have been removed

• There are any perfumes, odours, stains, or marks

• The item is not in a resaleable condition

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as Lux Abayas is not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photographic evidence

Claims without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

Packaging Disclaimer

• Tissue paper, wax seals, stickers, and wrapping are decorative only

• These are not part of the product value

We do not accept liability for:

• Torn tissue paper

• Broken or softened wax seals

• Damaged decorative elements

These do not qualify as product faults.

Refunds
