At Lux Abayas, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our abayas. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Due to hygiene and quality reasons, items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, or damage will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during clearance sales

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at luxabayas1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear images (if requested) of the item.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lux Abayas is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please check with your bank or payment provider.

9. International Orders

  • International orders are subject to the same return conditions.
